- Instant quoting — the agent knows his pricing list, materials, and business specifics. A quote is generated and sent to the client in seconds.
- Flexible delivery — quotes can be sent via WhatsApp, emailed directly to the client, or read out face-to-face on site.
- Xero integration — when a client accepts a quote, the agent creates the job and invoice in Xero automatically. No double entry, no manual admin.
- Calendar-aware scheduling — the agent checks his existing bookings and travel times, suggests available slots, locks the appointment into the calendar, and sends the client a confirmation automatically.
The Results
Quotes that take up to two days today would go out within minutes of a site visit. Response time to a new enquiry drops from 24–48 hours to under five minutes — often while you are still standing in the client's driveway.
