Best for: a process that moves between several tools and people.

Best for: document-heavy or decision-heavy work that needs real controls.

Complex projects can exceed $20,000. The fixed price is set once the scope is agreed.
Payment: 40% / 40% / 20% across milestones, final 20% on acceptance.

Software subscriptions and AI usage costs are paid by you, in your own accounts, and identified before we start. Many straightforward setups run in the region of $50–$300 a month, but it depends on the tools and volume.

- Pre-work questionnaires, then a full-day strategy workshop on one function
- Six to eight viable opportunities where they exist, scored by value, cost, complexity and risk
- A sequenced 90-day roadmap with indicative costs and benefits, within 7 calendar days
- A draft baseline AI Use Policy, prepared from a questionnaire and a short management discussion*
- In person within about 2 hours of Brisbane; travel costs apply beyond that
Credit: $500 off a Connected Workflow of $3,950+, or $1,000 off a project of $7,500+, if commissioned within 30 days. One credit per Readiness Day.

- Policy Kit, $97 + GST: a much more in-depth, fully editable AI use policy, plus editable wall posters for your team. Create your rules.
- Practical AI Team Training, $500 + GST: 60 minutes, live and virtual, up to 12 people. Build your team's skills.
- Half-Day AI Governance Workshop, $1,750 + GST virtual or $1,950 + GST onsite: up to 12 people, a draft tailored policy, tools register and rollout plan, within five business days. Agree the rules together.
The kit and policies are templates and guidance, not legal advice or a compliance guarantee. Training does not write a policy. Onsite covers the agreed Brisbane area; travel beyond it is quoted separately.

Continuous Improvement Partnership, for larger systems
- System support, optimisation and reporting
- User assistance as your team changes
- An agreed amount of improvement capacity each month
- Smaller builds don't need this. Support for a Quick Automation or Connected Workflow is quoted individually.
Defined scope each month. It is not an unlimited development commitment, and you never need it to keep using what I build.

The scope holds, or I wear it.
Fixed price. We agree the scope, deliverables and acceptance criteria before work begins. If the agreed work takes longer than expected, you do not pay extra for that same scope.
Five business days to test. Once the solution is ready you test it against the agreed criteria. If it does not meet them, I correct it at no extra charge. If no defects are reported within five business days, it is accepted.
Payment linked to delivery. The final instalment is due on acceptance.
You own it. Built in accounts you control wherever practical, with access and documentation handed over. No lock-in, and no need to buy ongoing support.
Software, usage and changes.
AI subscriptions, software and usage charges are extra, identified up front, and sit in your name so you keep them at handover.
Defect correction means fixing something that does not meet the agreed scope. New features and changes to scope are quoted separately.
If I do not think I can help you, I will say so on the call. That has happened and it will happen again.
