Practical AI. Measurable Business Results.
AI should do more than save a few hours. It should help your business win more work, operate more efficiently and grow without unnecessary complexity.
I help Australian businesses identify where AI can create real commercial value, then design and implement practical solutions that work with their existing systems and people. From one automated workflow to a connected AI strategy.

The right AI project starts with a business problem, not a tool. These are examples of where practical automation can improve revenue, capacity, accuracy and decision-making.
Stop Losing Sales Opportunities
Stop Losing Sales Opportunities
The problem: Enquiries go unanswered or quotes sit without follow-up.
What changes: Capture enquiries, schedule appropriate follow-ups and flag opportunities needing a person.
Business opportunity: Improve responsiveness and give your team more chances to convert existing demand.
Connect Disconnected Business Systems
Connect Disconnected Business Systems
The problem: People copy the same information between apps, spreadsheets and emails.
What changes: Connect approved systems and automate routine transfers with checks for errors.
Business opportunity: Reduce double handling, delays and avoidable admin costs.
Make Complex Document Work Easier
Make Complex Document Work Easier
The problem: Staff spend hours extracting details, comparing versions and finding relevant clauses.
What changes: Use AI to extract information, draft summaries and flag items requiring human review.
Business opportunity: Free up specialist time while keeping judgement and sign-off with your team.
Make Better Decisions, Faster
Make Better Decisions, Faster
The problem: Important updates are scattered across tools and reports take too long to compile.
What changes: Bring relevant information together in automated reporting, alerts and business briefings.
Business opportunity: Spot issues earlier and spend less time gathering information.
These are examples of potential applications, not client case studies or guaranteed results. The value depends on your existing processes, volumes and implementation scope.

AI Strategy & Roadmap
You see the potential but don't know where to start. Different teams are experimenting with AI, and it's unclear which investments will deliver a return.
I assess agreed business processes, identify opportunities and develop a practical, prioritised plan based on business value, feasibility and risk.
- Opportunity and process assessment
- Prioritised roadmap and indicative costs
- Success measures and implementation sequence
- Clear recommendations on what not to automate
Engagements from $2,500

AI Governance & Training
Your people are using AI, but the rules or skills haven't caught up. You need practical safeguards without making adoption unnecessarily difficult.
I help you establish clear AI usage guidelines and run hands-on training relevant to the work your teams actually do.
- Acceptable-use policies and guardrails
- Guidance on approved tools and sensitive data
- Interactive team workshops
- Role-specific examples and resources
Fixed price once scoped
Prices are indicative starting points in AUD, excluding GST and ongoing third-party software costs. Strategy deliverables are advisory; automation build and deployment are quoted separately unless expressly included in your scope.
Clear Scope. Practical Delivery. No Surprises.
The steps are tailored to the service. For automation projects, the process is straightforward:
Understand
Identify the problem, current process and commercial goal.
Scope
Agree the solution, inclusions, success criteria and fixed price.
Build
Configure the workflow around your tools and business rules.
Test
Check realistic scenarios, errors and human approval points.
Handover
Show your team how it works and agree any ongoing support.
What Could Repetitive Admin Be Costing You?
Use your own numbers to estimate the time tied up in manual work. Not every hour can be automated, but it helps show where to investigate.

Assumes 46 working weeks. This estimates current time value, not the savings an automation will necessarily achieve. Real outcomes depend on which tasks are suitable, how much time is actually removed and whether freed capacity is used productively.
Business Experience. Practical AI Expertise.
Technology is only useful when it solves the right business problem. Headway Co combines senior commercial leadership, business strategy and hands-on AI implementation to help you decide what is worth automating, what needs human oversight and how to measure success.
Opportunities assessed against business priorities, cost, risk and expected value.
Practical planning and working implementations, not a roadmap that sits on a shelf.
Existing tools, staff workflows, governance needs and realistic support requirements.
What You Should Know Before Starting
Do I need an AI strategy before I can automate something?
No. If you have a clear, worthwhile problem, we can scope an implementation directly. A roadmap is useful when there are several competing opportunities or no obvious starting point.
Does the strategy service include building the automations?
No. You receive a prioritised plan and recommendations. Any implementation is scoped and quoted separately, so you can decide what to proceed with.
Why do automation projects vary in price?
Connecting two existing apps is different from designing an AI agent with complex decisions, sensitive data and human approval steps. We agree the deliverables and price before building.
Will I need to replace my current software?
Usually not. The first preference is to work with tools you already use, provided they can support a reliable and secure solution. Any new subscriptions are discussed before you commit.
Ongoing Support & Optimisation
Once something is live, you may want help monitoring it, adjusting it as your business changes or building the next workflow. Support is optional and scoped separately.
Where practical, solutions are configured in accounts owned by your business, with appropriate documentation and access.
