I quote a fixed number after I have scoped the job, not before. If the build turns out bigger than I judged, that is my problem — not a variation on your invoice.
The only costs that ever move are software and API credits, and those are quoted separately up front.
If at the end of the two weeks the workflow is not doing what we agreed it would do, you do not pay the final instalment until it is.

How much does a sprint cost?
A sprint is $9,500 plus GST, fixed. I scope the job first and quote the number up front, before you commit, so a bigger build is never a surprise. There are currently three founding-client places at $6,500 plus GST. You'll always know the price before we start.
What if I don't know what to automate?
That's the free call — I find it with you. Most owners know the pain, just not the fix. I'll pinpoint the one task worth automating first.
Do I need to buy software?
AI software, subscriptions and API credits are extra and quoted up front — usually $50 to $300 a month. My fee covers my work: the audit, the build, the training and the handover.
What happens after handover?
You keep everything. If you want changes later, I quote them separately. No lock-in, no mystery retainer.

Is my data safe?
Built on enterprise-grade tools — Anthropic’s Claude, OpenAI’s ChatGPT, Make and Microsoft among others. I set you up on business or API tiers, where your data is not used to train anyone’s models; if you would rather not, I will explain the risk and the choice is yours. Your data stays in your own accounts, I only take the access the build actually needs, and that access ends at handover.
