How much does it cost?
Automation starts at $1,500 + GST for a single straightforward task, from $3,950 + GST for a multi-step workflow, and $7,500 to $20,000+ + GST for AI agents and connected systems. An AI Readiness Day is $3,500 + GST. I scope the job first and quote the number up front, before you commit, so a bigger build is never a surprise.
What if I don't know what to automate?
That's the free call — I find it with you.
Do I need to buy software?
AI software, subscriptions and API credits are extra and quoted up front — usually $50 to $300 a month. My fee covers my work.
What happens after handover?
You keep everything. Changes later are quoted separately.
Is my data safe?
Built on enterprise-grade tools — Anthropic’s Claude, OpenAI’s ChatGPT, Make and Microsoft among others. I set you up on business or API tiers, where your data is not used to train anyone’s models; if you would rather not, I will explain the risk and the choice is yours. Your data stays in your own accounts, I only take the access the build actually needs, and that access ends at handover.
